If you are found to be under 18 years of age at any point, your account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made may be subject to recovery proceedings. All activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. tkbazz is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. tkbazz will never contact you by any channel to request your password — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
tkbazz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other methods as listed on the Platform's cashier page. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). tkbazz does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification. Deposits are credited to your account balance within thirty seconds of confirmed receipt. tkbazz does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
You may only deposit funds that you own and are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited. tkbazz may request evidence that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one hour of submission during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the account holder's name matching the payment account. tkbazz reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. tkbazz does not apply withdrawal fees on standard transactions. In cases where bonus funds are involved, withdrawal eligibility is subject to the applicable wagering requirements as detailed in Section 6.
Important: tkbazz will never request that you send funds to a personal mobile number, personal bank account, or any account not belonging to tkbazz. If you receive any such request, do not comply and contact our support team immediately — this is a fraud attempt.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you confirm your acceptance of both the specific offer terms and these general conditions.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the criteria specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to players making their first qualifying deposit under a specific promotion. tkbazz reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus and to withdraw a bonus that has been credited in error.
tkbazz operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; systematically exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or hedged betting strategies; collusion between players to manipulate bonus outcomes; and claiming bonuses using payment methods or devices previously associated with a disqualified account. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit specified on the promotion page. Upon expiry, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are removed from the account balance. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not affected by bonus expiry.
All bets placed and games played on the tkbazz Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product category. It is your responsibility to review the applicable rules before placing a bet or starting a game session. General rules applicable across all products are set out below.
tkbazz reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the bet is placed after the relevant event has concluded; there is evidence of a system error or incorrect odds; the bet forms part of a pattern of exploitative or arbitrage betting; or the bet exceeds any applicable stake limits.
All casino games available on the tkbazz Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by any external factor, including account history, deposit amount, or session duration. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round or live bet, tkbazz will use all reasonable means to reconstruct the game state and resolve the round fairly. tkbazz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. tkbazz is not liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, government actions, or third-party service outages.
